Burstling doesn’t care about projects, areas of responsibility, contexts or any of the other meta fuzz around your tasks — there are plenty of great apps to manage those things for you. Burstling is for what you’re going to get done in the next hour or afternoon.

Though Burstling is focused, it’s not uncooperative. Whether you’re using a fancy GTD app or a simple text file to manage your to-dos, you can drag tasks right into Burstling.

How does it work? Line breaks are treated as markers for new tasks. Leading characters like “- ” get stripped out. Giving you trouble with a particular companion app? Drop me a line so I can fix it.
